Jell BellNationally recognized fitness expert, Jeff Bell (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE) is a personal trainer, a business entrepreneur and the founder of Bell Fitness Company. Jeff has been involved in the fitness industry for over three decades and has pioneered some of the most innovative techniques being used by personal trainers today. He has authored thousands of personal training programs, made over 20 television and radio appearances (including Martha Stewart Radio and ESPN’s Body Shaping Fitness show), has written, choreographed and co-produced exercise videos, and has taught over 18,000 group exercise classes!

Jeff has dedicated his life to helping men and women reach higher levels of fitness, lose weight, and feel better. His thorough understanding of strength training, cardiovascular training, effective fat loss techniques, flexibility conditioning, kettle bell training, core and balance training, yoga, meditation, nutrition and more make him one of the most sought-after trainers and training instructors in NYC.

Men’s Health, Weight Watchers, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Exercise, and Harper’s Bazaar have turned to Jeff for contributions. And Jeff is the trainer to nearly a dozen celebrity clients.
